Alanha is the owner of Energencia Academy (2019). She is a qualified Reiki Master Teacher and Crystal Healing Teacher (2014).

Alanha is a Spiritual Hypnotherapist, a Psychic Medium and an intuitive healer. She runs her own healing Practice in Waterfall. Alanha serves as a trustee and Spokesperson for the Reiki Association of South Africa and Crystal Healers International.

Alanha teaches different types of Reiki, which include USUI Shiki Ryoho, Karuna Reiki. Seichim Reiki and Gendai Reiki.
She also runs workshops for Psychic development and Dream Interpretation.
